摘要(Abstract)：

既有关于中国居民基层政治参与行为的研究大多缺乏历时态关怀。本文致力于把时间变量纳入政治参与行为研究，从年龄-时期-队列(APC)的分析视角出发，揭示居民基层政治参与行为的变迁趋势。基于CGSS(2005—2021年)共9轮调查数据的分析发现，在时间维度上，居民基层政治参与行为在年龄效应上呈现倒“U”形趋势；在时期效应上呈现渐次缓慢且波动上升的趋势；在队列效应上，不同代际居民受教育背景及经济状况的影响而呈现出显著差异。在空间维度上，城乡居民基层政治参与行为在年龄和时期效应上呈现出显著异质性。基于上述实证分析，本文为提升居民基层政治参与水平提出对策建议。
