摘要(Abstract)：

城乡关系是中国现代化进程中的一对基本矛盾，将城乡公共治理设为公共管理的二级学科，充分体现了公共管理学科应对国家战略转型的主动性与适应性。相较于其他二级学科，城乡公共治理既具有独特的研究范畴与研究范式，又具有利益公共性、交叉融合性与实践应用性的多重特征，正逐步发展为一门独立、成熟的学科。聚焦城市公共治理、农村公共治理及城乡融合发展与治理等问题，学界从治理场域、治理技术与治理体系三大维度展开了丰富的研究，形成了一系列本土化标识性概念。面对学科建设与学术创新的双重发展需求，亟须构建更高水平的城乡公共治理学术共同体，聚焦学科建设的范式创新与体系构建、学术知识的本土提炼与理论应用、学术平台的交流互鉴与包容共生等方面，形成具有中国特色的城乡公共治理学科体系、学术体系、话语体系。
